Tomorrow is Chinese New Year so for Funday Sunday I’ve made Fortune Cookies.
These were fun to make using a simple mixture of whisked egg whites, flour, sugar and butter. They start out as thin discs of batter that are cooked for a few minutes and then shaped by hand.
They taste amazing
